Julie and I had a PW (also known as P-Dub, P-Dub-Diddy, or simply Pioneer Woman) cookoff. Julie is my friend that went to the PW book signing with me, where we were 4th in line people! I keep marveling at that, because it’s not like we stood in line all day, it was kinda’ by accident. And I thank my lucky starts for it considering Ree (that’s P-Dub) was there until 2am that morning. Not me, I was sound asleep with my book on my nightstand!

And our friend Sandy joined in on the fun and made cupcakes (which I forgot to take a pic of San, I’m sorry. I’m fired!) Red Velvet cupcakes with PW’s That’s the Best Frosting I’ve Ever Had.
We had so much fun, and my gawd I’ve never used so much butter and cream in one day. The chefs size block of butter in the pics up there – gone! lol I’m used to modifying her recipes to make them healthier, and they still come out great. But on this day, it was balls to the wall, all out P-Dub style!
