With lettuce & veggies fresh from my CSA this morning, & a bag of Tom Spicers (F.M. 1410 next to Jimmy’s) micro arugula, this salad is ON tonight! Bought an Italian loaf at Jimmy’s, & I’m whipping up a red wine/ garlic vinaigrette to go with – yum!

What tha' heck is Food*Sparks?
Food 'sparks' conversation, debate, excursions, passion, therapy, etc. I love food...cooking it, eating it, serving it. Be it sniffing out a hole-in-the wall place I heard has the best mac n' cheese, or seeking out places while on vacation that I've read about in Bon Appétit - I'm ALL about it. Oh, Sparks also happens to be my last name. So there's where the two marry.
